How do I get started?

1. Install Decision Tracker in your Slack workspace
2. Type /decisions help in any channel to see available commands
3. Start making decisions naturally in your messages
4. Confirm decisions when prompted by the bot

How does decision detection work?

Our AI looks for decision-related keywords like "we decided", "the decision is", "going with", etc. When detected, it extracts the decision details and asks for confirmation.

What commands are available?

• /decisions - Show recent decisions
• /decisions search [query] - Search for specific decisions
• /decisions help - Show help information

Is my data secure?

Yes! Each workspace's data is completely isolated. Your decisions are only visible to your team members and cannot be accessed by other workspaces.

Can I delete decisions?

Yes, contact our support team to delete specific decisions or request a full data export/deletion.

Does it work with email too?

Yes! You can CC decisions@bot.set4.io on any email containing a decision, and it will be processed the same way.

Why isn't the bot detecting my decisions?

Make sure your message contains clear decision language like "we decided", "the decision is", or "going with". The AI needs clear indicators that a decision was made.
